The right of withdrawal.
Note! We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act and the Swedish Tax Agency's rules. As a basic rule, consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping remotely and outside business premises Personal data policy The personal data you enter when you shop with us will not be disseminated to third parties. Your e-mail address is used when ordering to send a tracking number so you can track your package and to your mobile number if you enter this, SMS notification will take place when your package is available for collection. If you choose to pay with Klarna, you agree to their personal data policy.
Fast deliveries and free shipping on purchases over SEK 500
Note! there are no shipping cost for membership only one membership fee.
We deliver quickly in 1-3 working days with Postnord within Sweden. Shipping is free for orders over SEK 500, while it costs SEK 49 if you order for less than that. Small packages are delivered directly to letterboxes or post boxes, while larger shipments are notified to the nearest agent based on postcode.
If you have specific requests regarding the delivery, it is fine to contact us before the package is sent and we will be happy to help. If the package has already been sent, the shipping companies charge for changes and then unfortunately we also have to charge these costs.
Notification takes place via e-mail and/or SMS to the mobile number specified when ordering. After ordering, we always send an order confirmation.
When we then send the package, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the package. If you do not receive these, check your spam folder, your email client or mail service may have sorted the mail incorrectly. Get in touch if you do not receive notification or information that the package has been sent.
If the package is not picked up in time, the package returns to us and we thus reserve the right to charge the additional costs this entails, which is SEK 250 including VAT.
By shopping with us, you agree to the above, to pick up your package within 10 working days from when it was sent from us.
Returns and exchanges
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the item. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost
Of course Kockgrytan is responsible for return costs if any item is broken or incorrect.
In the case of returns/exchanges for any reason, we must always be contacted first so that you receive correct return information.
The Swedish Consumer Agency also offers a template you can use if you prefer, you can find it here. It is not a requirement, but it is just as well to use our regular return procedures.
Privacy information
When you place an order with us your personal information is only stored and used to send your parcel and your tracking information. We will never share your information with other companies than the ones included in the delivery of your products (Stripe, PayPal etc.)

This policy is to explain how we (Kockgrytan) collects, uses and protect the information you share with us. We follow the EU GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation.
Whish Iinformation is collected?
We collect information that is needed to deliver packages to you. Its name, address, e-mail and phone number.
How will we use this information?
We won't collect more info than needed to deliver your membership.
For how long will we store the information?
According to Swedish law we need to save information for accounting reasons for 7 years. Information that we use for newsletters and/or marketing will be kept until you ask us to remove it. Upon request we will remove your newsletter/marketing information.
Will we schare the information?
No, we will only use the information ourselves and only share with freight companies when its needed for the delivery of your packages.

Where do you store my information?
Our information is stored on servers located in Schweitz.
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ad and AdSense a web analytics service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics etc. Uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer to help the site analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this site is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there.
