Rule 1.

You simply halve the piece of cake, pastry, banana or pieces of candy. In other words, you can actually eat the cake and keep it at the same time, or to put it differently. "It's just as good to eat half." Kind of fills the same need and you get just as satisfied even with only half the calories when you still sin,
