Cabbage gratin
Cabbage box or cabbage minced meat gratin is easy-to-make home cooking and quite cheap food per person. Season with your favorite spices. Serve with Kockgrytan's raw vegetable salad and with purchased taco sauce and a dollop of natural yogurt.
This is needed for 4 people.
1. 500g head of white cabbage
2. 250g of minced meat
3. 2 carrots
4. 2 eggs
5. 1 dl. breadcrumbs
6. 1/2- 1 tsp salt
7. 2 spice measures chili flakes
8. 1/2 tsp. black pepper
9. 1.5 dl. grated cheese
Do as follows.
1. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots, shred the cabbage and coarsely grate the cheese.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the grated cheese.
3. Place a baking sheet in the bottom of a large mold and rub it with a little cooking oil.
4. Put the mixed mixture in the large mold and level out about 3-5 cm thick.
6. Place it in the middle of a hot air oven at 210 °C. Ready after about 30 minutes.
7. After 20 minutes in the oven. Take out the mold and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Good to serve with.
