A simply prepared dish consisting of minced meat, cabbage and corn cooked in broth. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and serve with, for example, Kockgrytan's baguette.
ingredients.
1. 400 grams of minced meat.
2. 1/2 head of white cabbage, just over 1/2 litre.
3. 1 can of corn kernels, about 1 dl.
4. A little chopped parsley.
5. 1/2 liter of broth from, for example, a bouillon cube.
6. 2 tomatoes.
7. 1-2 tbsp tomato puree.
8. 1 tablespoon strong paprika crème.
9. 3 spice measures of white pepper (if you don't want strong paprika paste).
10. 1-2 tablespoons of oil for browning minced meat.
Approach.
1. Brown the minced meat for a couple of minutes in the oil. Break it up with a fork so it becomes crumbly.
2. Mix a paprika mix with approx. 1/2 dl of broth and tomato puree and the strong paprika cream.
3. Season with paprika mix, exclude strong paprika paste if you don't like strong food and just salt and pepper to taste.
4. Shred the white cabbage with a knife and alternate it with the minced meat in a pot.
5. Pour in the broth and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
6. Put in the corn kernels until they become warm.
Garnish with sliced tomatoes.
Serve with, for example, Kockgrytan's baguette.
