The Cookingpot meatball school.
It is not difficult to cook good meatballs if you cook them with a little style. The spice mixture is grandfather's special. You can advantageously roll the meatballs with a spoon in a slightly damp glove as old grandmother did a long time ago. If you are a little comfortable, then place all the buns on a baking sheet with baking paper, 200°C for about 20 minutes with top and bottom heat. Just mix the following in a bowl and start rolling.
Prepare for 4 people.
1. 1 egg.
2. 1 dl milk.
3. 1 piece onion finely chopped or grated.
4. 500 grams of ground beef/lamb.
5. 1.5 tsp salt.
6. About 1.5 teaspoons of Pista or about 2-3 spice measures of chili flakes or suitable chili variant.
7. 15-20 pec allspice peppercorns bumped and ground in a mortar.
8. 1 splash olive oil finer variety.
9. 2 pieces fine raw grated peeled mealy potatoes.
10. 3 spice measures nutmeg.
If you want a bit of grandma's influenced style on the recipe, replace one of the potatoes with a large slice of soft bread or 1.5 dl crust flour.
Recommends Kockgrytan's pepper or sour milk sauce for this.
Have a nice meal!
