The müsli tip

Through a few simple tricks, you can improve your muesli so that it is tasty for breakfast while making you healthy and keeping you in shape. 

To have in the sour milk for breakfast,

 1. Choose a neutral muesli without sugar in the shop. Take max 4 tablespoons muesli per portion. You often use away 1 dl, which results in an unnecessarily high calorie intake. 

2. Supplement and improve with about 10 pumpkin seeds, which are good for men's prostate and contain a lot of phosphorus, iron and magnesium which are also good for women. 

3. Improve by sprinkle bran and  chia seed over the sour milk with muesli, about 1 teaspoon barely. Add about 2.5 walnuts and 8 ea. goji berries. You have now an optimal breakfast.

Note! Do not use bananas because they are too high in energy and make you gain weight.
