Neutral cabbage diet raw food salad
This salad is perfect as a filling before the meal so you don't overeat. After all salad is low-calorie and fiber-rich good food and creates probiotic bacteria in the stomach. Is also full of vitamins and minerals. The dish is included in the Neutral cabbage diet.
Bring forward for two peoples
1. Take a few deciliters of sauerkraut.
2. Coarsely grate the following ingredients.
3. Boiled beets with peel.
4. Raw carrot with peel
5. A few slices of silver onion or red onion.
6. Slice in or shredd a few deciliters of red cabbage if not freshly squeeze of it out so it becomes soft and perhaps with a pinch of salt so it waters.
7. Add a little ready-made and green salad mixture type ... arugula, spinach leaves. (approx. 1 dl from the bag).
8. Shred in som radish or the big one called Rättika in Sweden. Take a few centimeters.
9. A tablespoon of fine olive oil.
10. A few drops of lemon juice from sliced lemon.
11. A little balsamic vinegar a few teaspoons.
Tip! Can also be good to have in some deciliter grated cabbage root and celery root as well as celery stalks.
