New Year's chocolate cake
This delicious cake based on egg sugar, melted butter and chocolate butter, coffee powder, nuts, vanilla sugar and wheat flour. Perfect for New Year, birthdays and Father's or Mother's Day.
Prescription.
1. Grease a round form about 23 cm in diameter, draw the form on a baking sheet and cut out, put it in the greased form.
2. Melt the butter gently in a saucepan, add the chocolate, let it melt on low heat.
3. Beat together eggs and sugar, stir in the melted butter + chocolate, add the coffee powder, nuts, vanilla sugar and wheat flour. Pour the batter into the mold,
4. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
5. For garnish. Heat the cream, add the block chocolate and let it melt on low heat, when it has cooled a bit, then spread it over the cake and garnish with walnuts.
6. Let the cake cool
7. Serve with whipped cream or crémefraiche flavored with a little vanilla sugar.

1. 150 g butter
2. 200 gr dark block chocolate
3. 1 tablespoon coffee powder
4. 3 eggs
5. 2 dl sugar
6. 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
7. 1 dl wheat flour
8. Some walnuts

1. 1 dl whipping cream
