Neutral cabbage diet narrow sauces

It is very easy to make good low-calorie sauces for food. Sauces that are not based on lots of butter, fat, salt and copious amounts of flour. I am one of the sauce lovers and must have sauce with all meals otherwise I get grumpy and grumpy. Here are simple tricks for good sauce. The recipe for about 4 people 

1. 1 vegetable stock cube. 

2. 4 dec water. 

3. 1 tbsp soy. 

4. Stir 3 tablespoons of flour into 1 dec of water and make a top dressing in a saucepan and let it boil. 

5. 2 spice measures ground whole black pepper (or white). 

Note! if you want to limit salt intake, halve the broth and soy and a little extra water. 



Sour milk sauces 

Do this for 2 people. 

1. 2 cups filet 

2. Put in any flavoring or seasoning such as tarragon, chili, maybe a little lemon mayonnaise, barbecue seasoning, tomato puree, squeeze some garlic or put in ready-made taco seasoning.
