Fish and potatoes on a frying pan
Clean and scale the fish after you have been fishing or buy it in the store. Frozen fish blocks are also good to cook. Put in foil package and season. Add a dollop of butter. Slice potatoes, beets, carrots into pennies and place in a large baking tray, then slide into the oven at 230 °C.
Prepare for 2 people.
1. 2 fish
2. Foil
3. 1 kg Potatoes
4. 3 pcs. Beetroot
5. 3 carrots
6. 1/2 tsp. Barbecue seasoning
7. 1 teaspoon Black pepper
8. 1/2 tsp. Oregano
9. 2 measuring cups Thyme
10. 1 tbsp/fish Butter
11. 3 large cloves Garlic
12. 3 dl. sour milk
Cooking
The fish
1. Rinse, clean, scale the fish if necessary, eg frozen cod package, trout, perch or what have you.
2. Season it inside and rub the outside with a dab of butter.
3. Put in tight foil packages.
4. Pushed into the oven in the middle 230 °C.
The potatoes
1. Split potatoes, carrots and beets.
2. Put everything on the baking sheet.
3. Season with, Grill seasoning, Black pepper, Oregano, Thyme or to taste. (optionally drizzle a little olive oil note high in calories!)
Then roast in the oven at 230°C, fan oven (approx. 210°C, regular oven) for approx. 25-30 min.
