Grilled chops with oven-fried root vegetables
A gastronomic meal with juicy grilled cutlets fried with electric grill together with baked root vegetables. Served with a raw food salad and a file sauce made from pepper puree.
Grilled pork chops for 4 people.
Bring forth 4 pcs. chops and stir together a marinade. Then marinate them for at least 2 hours before grilling. Cover them with plastic and then place them in the refrigerator.
The marinade.
1 tablespoon. Paprika puree
1/2 tsp. Grill spice
2 dl. file
Fried root vegetables on oven plate for 4 people.
2 large potatoes
1 onion
1 celery piece
2 pcs. parsnips
2 pcs. Carrots
Remove ugliness from the roots. Peel the celery and onion. Keep the shell on other things for the useful. Disc and share things.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, barbecue spice, rosemary and thyme.
Place the oven dish with seasoned root vegetables in the oven 200 °C (hot air oven) for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile grill the pork chops.
Or serve with rice, potatoes, bulgur, pasta.
