Grilled meat skewers with chili and cinnamon flavor.
A nice variation on skewers with minced meat instead of pure meat seasoned with cinnamon and chili. Served with a curry sauce and pasta.
This is needed for 4 people.
1. 500 g lamb, beef or mixed minced meat
2. 1 yellow onion
3. 2 tbsp olive oil
4. 7 pcs barbecue skewer sticks
5. 2 spice measures of chili flakes, Marbled
6. 1.5 spice measure of ginger
7. 4 spice measures of cinnamon
8. 1/2 tsp salt
9. 1 grated clove of garlic
10. 2 tbsp chopped parsley
11. 1/2 small grated raw potato.
Proceed as follows.
1. Mix the minced meat with the spices and the finely chopped onion and grated raw potato. Knead the mince mixture in a large bowl. Rinse your hands with water and knead the oil into the mince until it becomes firm and smooth.
2. Shape the mince into thick sausages about 1 dm long and 3-4 cm thick. Insert the skewer into the center of the sausage. Soak the protruding part of the wooden stick with water so it doesn't catch fire in the grill. Grill for about 7 minutes on a charcoal grill and 10 minutes per side on an electric grill. Use a spatula to lay and turn the skewers on the grid so the roll does not break.
Good to serve with.
Grilled tomatoes and grilled mushrooms.
