A good beetroot salad you quickly grate. Based on a little sour milk and beetroot. Eat as an appetizer or with food. Fits the Neutral cabbage diet that you take to create a feeling of satiety so you do not over eat.
1. Grate a boiled or raw beetroot with a grater.
2. Add a little pepper.
3. Suggested, slice some garlic and in with it.
4. Pour in a few tablespoons of light sour milk or light yoghurt.
