Lazy cabbage dolmas in tomato sauce

Lazy cabbage dolmas for those of you who want to eat healthy calories sparingly but don't have time to make the complex rolled-up originals, i.e. have the cabbage in instead of wrapping the cabbage leaves around the mince mixture.


Ingredients.

1. Grated carrot.

2. approx. 200 grams white cabbage blast or white cabbage.

3. 1 large peeled yellow onion.

4. 400 grams of minced meat.

5. 1 can of crushed tomatoes 400 grams.

6. 3 cloves of garlic.

7. 1 tablespoon oil for frying.

8. 1/2 tsp salt.

9. 25 pcs. support allspice grains.



Do this.

1. Rinse and peel the carrot, then coarsely grate it.

2. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them into 1 mm pieces.

3. Peel the onion and slice it into 0.5 cm pieces.

4. Slice white cabbage into cm-sized pieces and soak these in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes.

5. Saute the onions together so that they become slightly colored.

6. Add the grated carrots to the fried onion and fry gently without burning.

7. Now mix carrots, onions, boiled white cabbage, minced spices in a bowl.

8. Shape the lazy cabbage dolmas and place in an ovenproof dish.

9. Pour a can of crushed tomatoes in tomato sauce over the shaped lazy dolmas.

9. Bake in the oven at 180°C if hot air oven otherwise 200°C regular oven. for about 25-30 min.

10. Serve with suggested boiled potatoes and one of the Kockgrytan´s neutral cabbage diet salads.
