A simple method to quit snuff and smoking

Tried several methods but none worked. Knew I was wrong and finally said the body off. If I do not stop now I die of cancer. A friend had managed to stop. I was deeply impressed I had not succeeded and still tried with both plaster and nicotine chewing gum but never made it work. All I got was a sore throat and a bad smell. The brides were not that impressive either. Then heard that it is harder to stop using snuff than to stop using heroin.

The method was simple:

1. Stop abruptly, ie take nothing.

2. Do not take nicotine replacement therapy (Extended the pain and then I failed).

3. Eat sweets stuff and or different spices, chew gum (usual). Eat fruit and cabbage when the craving comes. For 2-3 weeks the unbearable suffering stays. Suck or stuff cloves under the lip.

4. You must then not take the first snuff or cigarette you take, then you have lost and are stuck again in the habit.

Been snuff and nicotine free for almost 20 years now and before that I probably used snuff for about 25 years. Had I continued, I probably would have already died. Then there could be relapses at intervals of a few months. I had some relapses after reaching a year now nothing. I'm gott rid of the awful load. I'm cheering.

Note! Breaking an addiction means that you exchange the addiction for something else, for example a dance course or a computer course or candy, etc. so you stay busy for a few weeks when it's at its worst and focus not only on fears of cancer but on positive feelings like being nicotine free and the improved health effects you will get and how much better you will feel. It is a great achievement to have managed to quit and should be entered into one's personal merit list.

 Note! The advice not to smoke is the single most important thing and can contribute five years of life. A healthy weight can contribute four extra years, healthy diet and exercise with each three years and low to moderate alcohol intake with two extra years.
