Superior green cabbage gratin with cheese
Here is Kockgrytan's recipe for superiorly good kale gratin. The dish consisting of kale, onion and cheese as well as scrambled eggs. What makes it so good is the paprika mix, which can be made strong or weak.
Ingredients.
1. 200 grams of kale
2. 1 yellow onion
3. 1 red onion
4. 1 leek
5. 1 tablespoon oil for frying
Paprika mix.
1. 2 teaspoons paprika powder
3. 1/2 deciliter of water.
4. 1/2 teaspoon strong chili paste
Egg curdling.
1. 2 eggs
2. 1 deciliter of milk
3. 1 deciliter type of Turkish yogurt
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 2-3 spice measures black pepper
Approach.
1. Set the oven to 200 °C.
2. Separately tear cabbage from the stems of the leaves.
3. Chop the cabbage into cm-sized pieces. (Available ready chopped frozen in the store).
4. Cook the cabbage until soft in lightly salted water for 3-4 minutes and let it drain.
5. Peel and chop the onion, garlic and leek and heat a frying pan with the oil and fry all the onions until soft. Ad the paprika mix.
6. Only add paprika powder and pepper if you want a lightly spiced dish. Add the mix with paprika powder as well as paprika paste and paprika puree, if you like the dish to taste strong.
7. Add the chopped cabbages and let it fry for another couple of minutes.
8. Distribute the filling in an ovenproof form of approx. 20x25 cm.
9. Whisk together the eggs, milk and yogurt by hand, add a little salt and pepper. Pour everything over the cabbage mixture and top with the grated cheese.
10. Bake in the middle of the oven until the cheese has melted and has a golden brown surface, about 20 minutes.
