Christmas Crack with extra everything
This crunchy recipe is a further development from Husmodern's 1000 recipes around 1930.The first three ingredients are poured into a saucepan with a thick bottom, preferably an iron pot or enamelled. It is allowed to boil while stirring, until the mixture begins to solidify, or until a drop of it solidifies a little hard in water. Then stir in the crust crumbs, nuts and possibly a little almond in and a sip of coffee in and let the mass boil for another couple of minutes.
1. 2 Dec thick cream
2. 2 Dec syrup candles
3. 2 Dec granulated sugar
4. 3 Tablespoons crust flour
5. 100 grams of chopped salted peanuts
6. A sip of strongly brewed coffee about 3 tbsp.
Note! The crack should be quite hard in the water glass when you drip in. I made my crack too loose this Christmas 😋🎅
